Police Officers Prevent Man from Being Burned Alive in Akwanga

The timely intervention of the Nigerian Police officers, Akwanga division Nasarawa State, prevented the burning alive of a Young Man who was alleged to have stolen a motorcycle on Saturday afternoon 12th October, 2024.

Option Radio Correspondent who arrived the scene along Keffi bye-pass road , 500m from powerhouse Junction witnessed the suspect beating, Motorcycles rode over him and his cloth set ablaze and placed on him.

Police intervention ensured the unidentified victim was taken to the hospital for medical attention.

As at the time of filing this report, bystanders informed the officers that the motorcycle had been recovered, however they didn’t point at the motorcycle or the owner.
